Chinese Tea Cups
Tea, which is called "cha" in Chinese, has been a daily necessity in China for untold generations. Countless numbers of Chinese have grown up having their post meal cup of tea.
And as you can guess, the Chinese are extremely meticulous when it comes tea wares. this can liley be attributed to the fact tea wares like Chinese tea cups and tea pots play a significant role in the tea preparation.
One of most necessary items in the Chinese tea set is the Chinese tea cup. A tea ceremony will not be successful without the use of the right cup.
These tea cups and pots come in different designs and forms and as such play an important role in preparations of the tea. Many of the cups are are used by tea drinkers to primarily filter the tea. And most Chinese tea cup are designed and crafted with internal filters.
The Yixing tea mug, a special mug made in Jiangsu province in northwest China, has for centuries, been known as the best vessels for tea. They were made in purple clay and said to absorb the aroma and flavors of the Chinese tea.
